Getting Started:

Traceit.live offers extensive functionality to improve inventory management. We recommend following the onboarding steps in the suggested order for a seamless transition.

Note: When migrating data from a previous system to Traceit.live, you will need to provide data files in CSV format. Refer to CSV Requirements for Customer Onboarding
for details on mandatory fields.

Signing Up

If you are new to Traceit.live, you can complete our survey and get shortlisted to try the system out, You will not be charged during the initial trial period. To you want to continue with us, Our Sales team will get in touch with you to discuss regarding pricing. 

Configure your Company Details

Our backend team will handle the initial configuration, including setting up the main company. After this, admins will have the ability to add Bin Locations, Sub Locations, Reasons as needed and also configure the location settings such as Enable/ disable modules for the users in that location.
