GRN

Through the GRN module, users can add ordered inventory to the Traceit system.

Once the items arrives at the warehouse users will be able to see those items from this section. For each records users can view the PO number, GRN number, GRN quantity and item details. After reviewing the items, users can achieve items using "Achieve" button or add inventories using the "Add Item" button. 

The below pop out window will appear when you click "Add Item" which allows you to do few configurations to the items before adding them to the inventory.

1. Change warehouse: Check this box if you want to GRN under your sub warehouses. From the dropdown that appears you can select your sub warehouse. 
   
2. "Click here to update the pack size": Click here to if you want to change the pack size. From the pop out window that appears, enter the required pack size.

 

Received

Here you can view a detailed report on all the items that has been GRNed to the system inventory.
