Resources and Inventory

An organized system for tracking and managing stock levels, item details, and order statuses across various locations and warehouses.


Global Inventory 

Provides a comprehensive view of all items across all warehouses and locations under the customer's account, ensuring a holistic overview of stock availability.

  • SKU: Stock Keeping Unit; a unique ID for each item. 
  • Product Group: Main category of items.
  • Category:  Sub-category of items.
  • Specification/Part: Part number for each item. 
  • On Hand: Stock physically available.
  • On Order: Stock ordered but not received.
  • Allocated: Stock reserved for orders.
  • Available: Free stock for new orders (On Hand - Allocated).
  • MAC (Moving Average Cost): Average cost per unit.
  • Last Cost Price: Cost of the last purchase.
  • Current Stock Value: Total value of On Hand stock.

  • My Inventory 

    Displays all items stored in a specific location, providing detailed stock levels and availability for localized management.

  • SKU: Stock Keeping Unit; a unique ID for each item. 
  • Specification/Part: Part number for each item. 
  • Category: Category name.
  • On Hand: Stock physically available.
  • On Order: Stock ordered but not received.
  • Allocated: Stock reserved for orders.
  • Available: Free stock for new orders (On Hand - Allocated).
  • MAC (Moving Average Cost): Average cost per unit.
  • Last Cost Price: Cost of the last purchase.
  • Current Stock Value: Total value of On Hand stock.
  • Re-Order Level: Stock level triggering reordering.
  • Inventory Months: Estimated months stock will last. 
  • Last Activated Date: The last date there was an action on that item.

    Edit Items 

    Allows configuration of item details, such as updating BIN numbers, re-order levels, and setting order limits for more precise inventory management.

    Step 1: Click on the Configure button for the SKU you want to edit. A pop-up window will appear.

    Step 2: Enter the BIN number to assign the item to a specific storage location.
    Step 3: Enter the Re-Order Quantity to specify the amount to order when stock runs low.
    Step 4: Enter the Re-Order Level to set the stock threshold for reordering.
    Step 5: Enter the Maximum Order Limit to cap the quantity that can be ordered.
    Step 6: If the item depends on a machine, check the Machine Dependence
    checkbox.
    Step 7: After configuration is complete, click the Submit button to save changes.
