Accepting an Invitation & Logging into Traceit.live

When you are invited to Traceit.live, you will receive an email invitation from the Traceit.live Support Team or from your system admin

Step 1: Open the Invitation Email

  1. Look for an email with the subject "Traceit.live v2 | System Invitation" from support@traceit.live.
  2. The email will contain:
    • Your login email address.
    • A link to set up your password.
  3. Click on "Create New Password" to proceed.


Step 2: Set Up Your Password

  1. You will be directed to the Create Password page.
  2. Enter a strong password that meets the following requirements:
    • At least 8 characters.
    • Not the same as your username.
    • Maximum 250 characters.
    • At least 1 special character (e.g., @, #, $).
    • At least 1 number.
    • Must contain both uppercase and lowercase letters.
  3. Click Submit after entering your password.

Step 3: Log into Traceit.live

  1. Go to the Traceit.live login page.
  2. Enter your email address and click Next.
  3. Enter the password you just created.
  4. Click Sign In
    to access the system.

Troubleshooting

  • If you did not receive the invitation email, check your spam/junk folder.
  • If the email is missing, contact Traceit.live Support to resend the invitation.
  • If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page to reset it.

This process ensures a smooth and secure setup for accessing Traceit.live
