To submit a support request or access our resources, you will need to create a Traceit.live Help Center

Set Up Your Password
If you have a Traceit.live account, you will receive an email from support@traceit.live with an invitation to our Help Center.
- Click the link in the email to create your password.
- Once set up, you can submit requests to our support team.
Didn't Receive an Email?
- Check your spam or junk folders.
- If you still don’t see it, you can request another email using your Traceit.live registered email address.
- If the issue persists, contact our support team at support@traceit.live.
Get Help
You can get in touch with us by submitting a request through the Help Center or directly emailing to support@traceit.live
If your issue requires a detailed response or troubleshooting, please provide as much information as possible, including screenshots. For complex cases or critical issues impacting your operations, we may request a video call to assist you efficiently.
How to Submit a Request:
- Visit the Traceit.live Help Center
- Log in to your Traceit.live Help Center account.
- Click Submit a Request.
- Choose the relevant category for your request.
- Enter your contact details, issue description, and attach any screenshots.
- If the issue is urgent, indicate it in your request.
- Click Submit.
Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
